· Apparel Production
1. Before Mass Production
To minimized shrinking problem, fabric will be sent to do pre-shrink wash. To minimized color fading problem, we will do color fixing after pre-shrink wash. Pre-prodcution sample will be provided before mass production if it is needed.
2. Mass Production
Lead time is 3-4 weeks after confirming all the details and receiving your approval of the sample. We have a complete production line from fabric cutting, size grading, logo processing to sewing.
3. Quality Inspection
Quality is our culture. We aim to provide nice quality products that will keep our customers coming back. 5-times quality inspection during the production process: checking fabric quality before cutting, check printing and embroidery quality before sewing, check finish product before shipping. Any defective products will be taken out before the next step.
